Sonal is a seasoned social media professional with over eight years of experience in this industry. She started out as a financial journalist with one of India's leading wire agencies, NewsWire18, part of the Network18 media conglomerate. She then headed over to Good Earth, a luxury decor and design house, where she helmed press relations for the brand as well as had her first tryst with social media. After Good Earth, she worked with a boutique social media agency in Mumbai where she helped shape the digital identity of an iconic luxury hotel that still stands tall in Lower Parel as well as managed the agency's in-house technology and women empowerment blog. Since then, Sonal has worked with a host of start-ups and rising enterprises to create an exciting social media eco-system for an array of brands. She continues to work closely with young, niche brands in the luxury, lifestyle, education, fashion and beauty space by creating content with a hands-on approach that blurs the lines between agencies and brands.
